Rack PC build

I assembled this new PC for use in the lab.

4U enclosure with lots of room

Motherboard with 3 legacy PCI slots

750W should be enough for anyone – right?

i7, reasonably priced (?)

Note that the fan is connected to the wrong socket in this picture. The BIOS reported an error!

16GB ram, with room for an upgrade

Drives

The case only has 5.25″ bays, and I didn’t have hardware to mount the SSD properly, so it is attached with double-stick tape.
